Through my friend, journalist and blogger Luca Conti, I discovered this interesting website on event management and the Event Management Toolkit V.2 they have recently shared online.
The blog is run by Julius Solaris and the Event Management Toolkit V.2 (click here to download the pdf) is a collective project with the contribution of 15 professional event planners which are part of the LinkedIn group Event Planning & Management.
The document collects the type of events they manage, the feelings during the event and the personal toolkit (or resources) used by the professionals involved. It is very useful to learn from what other people are doing and I have surely extracted some idea for my future activities.
