Let me disagree a little about your main point: there were inspiring work-in-progress projecs on stage, especially Sannella, Lumer and Ciuccarelli. But all had the most important ingredient: passion for their work.
Then, of course, there is only one Gustavo Dudamel in the world.

The speeches were very interesting, but after those I just wanted to go deeper in some themes, and nothing more. The effect of "I'm launching something, let's talk about it or let's do something" was missing.<br><br>However, I was impressed since before the event I wasn't sure that they could choose speakers that could interest me, but they did. They still chose a form of excellence, and that's good. Maybe they should just rethink the kind of excellence (young, world changing, ...). ;) I missed a lot the work-in-progress too.
